Margaret Forer graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Forer has practiced workers’ compensation defense law since 2003, having represented self-insured employers and third-party administrators with focus on the retail sector. She has extensive experience in all areas of workers’ compensation including Medicare set-aside, MPN disputes, liens, and global settlement with civil attorneys. Her approach to case settlement is through detailed calculation of the claim’s value, quality communication, and patience. In her free time, Ms. Forer enjoys spending time with her family and listening to podcasts.
